Digestive biscuit base, 2 layers of chocolate mousse sandwiching a layer of dark chocolate and finally covered with dark chocolate ganache to complete the overall chocolatey taste. How much more chocolate can you ask for?

Tiramisu with a Twist!
What I like about making desserts is not just making them as they are supposed to be, but to mix in different ingredients and try out different combinations. And you will be surprised how a little twist here and there can give you a new experience in that traditional dessert you've always enjoyed.
The typical Tiramisu is made using mascarpone cheese, coffee, rum and a sprinkle of cocoa powder to top off the heavenly combination of delicious ingredients. So the experiment was to use Bailey's instead of rum (I like the taste of Bailey's) and I also added in some almond nuts to the mascarpone cheese to give it a bit of crunch. Tada!! Another yummy yum yum dessert!
Also made it in cups. Now made them in a mini cup version which makes the portion look less sinful than the one shown in my other post on Tiramisu in a Cup.
